I admit that we first tried this line of dog shampoos and conditioners because we thought they would be good for the environment and we didn’t feel like any of the others we had ever used were so exceptional in any way. But we were totally surprised by how well these product work (we’ve always used the puppy shampoo and the conditioner that comes in the blue bottle). We have shih-tzus which are long-haired, and this stuff does magical things to their fur. Afterwards, it is so soft and easy to comb through. We’ve never tried anything but the puppy version of the shampoo, figuring that being tearless is good for a dog of any age, and we haven’t had any problems with using it once a week on them for the past three years. They go to the dog park a lot, so we have to wash them that often. We’ve compared this product to very expensive shampoos that we got from the vet that had all kinds of oatmeal, etc. in them, and they don’t work nearly as well as these. Also, my in-laws have a shih-tzu and they asked us immediately on seeing our dogs what we used on their fur because it’s so healthy looking. My mother-in-law even lugged a big bottle of this back with her on the plane. Yes, it’s that good. Try it – you won’t be disappointed.
We use this shampoo on our GSD pup and love that it is mild and doesn’t dry out his skin or coat. We tried a prescription oatmeal shampoo for him when we were trying to find out why he was scratching so much, and the oatmeal shampoo from the vet dried his skin out and made him scratch worse! This shampoo has been wonderful. Smells great too! It is pretty thick though, so we mix it with a little water so it’s not so concentrated and hard to get out of his coat when rinsing. Plus for pup and plus for the environment!

The shampoo smells nice, makes my dog’s coat feel clean and smooth. The scent lasts on her longer than other shampoos. I bought it at a boutique on vacation and am glad to see I can get it online.
This product, unlike some that say tearless, actually does not hurt the dogs eyes. It was tested on my eyes. You can feel comfortable using it on a puppy or any dog. It does an adequate job at washing as well. If you have stains you may need a different product but please be sure to use this on their face.

I bought this after my dog came home from a kennel that used this line of products. She’s a basset, so she can go stinky pretty quickly. But she was so shiny and smelled fresh for several weeks after this shampoo.
I have no basis to evaluate the natural flea-repellent claim, but I love the lavender scent of this shampoo and I especially love that it keeps her glossy and sweet-smelling, so I will continue to buy this. It’s a little more costly than I would otherwise spend (I certainly don’t buy myself expensive shampoo), but I have to say that it’s been worth it.
I bought the lavender shampoo—- the shampoo is good quality, and has a really nice herbal smell. It’s not as sudsy as some other dog shampoos (probably because it’s all natural?) but otherwise very good. I only gave it four stars since it’s a bit expensive considering how much you get.

Great product! My Maltese loves it! He used to get lots of tangles but not anymore! Well, at least if he does I have no problems to brush it because this conditioner makes my dog’s hair so soft and easy to brush even if it’s tangled. This conditioner also smells so much better than any other dog conditioner I tried. I wish my conditioner would smell so good 
Our vet recommended oatmeal shampoo because our shih-tzu always scratched after his baths. It worked…he stopped scratching when we started using Groomer’s Blend Oatmeal Protein Shampoo and the Groomer’s Blend Oatmeal Conditioner; we also stopped blowing his hair dry. According to a book I recently purchased on Amazon, Everything Dog Grooming Book: All you need to help your pet look and feel great! (Everything Series), dog shampoo and conditioner can be diluted 1/2 with water. That’s what I did for my shih-tzu’s last bath and his hair came out silky smooth & he didn’t itch.
This conditioner is not overly perfumey & doesn’t leave much of a scent on my dog’s hair.
